  1. Is each piece handmade and one of a kind?
    Yes! Every pet necklace is carefully handcrafted using natural healing crystals. Because we use genuine stones, no two crystals are exactly alike, making your furry friend’s accessory truly unique.
  2. Why does my crystal look slightly different from the photos?
    Crystals are natural materials. Slight variations in color, clarity, internal inclusions, and texture are completely normal and expected. These natural characteristics are what make your piece special and prove its authenticity, rather than being a mass-produced artificial bead.
  3. Is it heavy or fragile for my pet?
    Our jewelry is designed with your pet’s comfort in mind, keeping them lightweight so they don’t strain their neck. However, because they are made with real natural crystals, the stones can be fragile. While the collars and hardware are sturdy, please prevent your pet from chewing on the stones and avoid dropping the jewelry on hard floors. Note: These are decorative accessories and should not replace a standard walking collar or harness.
  4. How should I care for my pet’s crystal jewelry?
    To keep the necklace looking its best, we recommend taking it off during vigorous play, muddy outdoor adventures, or bath time. Keep the crystals and hardware away from harsh pet shampoos and chemicals. If it gets dirty, simply wipe it gently with a soft, damp cloth.
  5. Where do you ship from and how long does shipping take?
    We currently ship from our studio in China. Since each pet accessory is handmade to order, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. International shipping typically takes approximately 7–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
  6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
    Because each crystal piece is handcrafted and one of a kind, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted unless the item arrives damaged. If there is any issue with your order upon arrival, please contact us immediately—we want you and your pet to be completely happy, and we’re always here to help!
  7. Do you offer bulk sales or wholesale?
    Yes, we offer bulk orders for pet boutiques or special events in limited quantities. Since each crystal necklace is handmade, bulk orders will require a longer processing time. Availability and timelines depend on our current crystal stock and the order size. Please message us through the “Contact” page to discuss details and pricing.
  8. Do I need to “cleanse” or “recharge” the crystals?
    Yes, we recommend it! Crystals absorb energy from their surroundings. To keep the healing properties at their peak, you can “cleanse” your pet’s jewelry once a month. The simplest way is to place the necklace under moonlight overnight or set it near a Selenite plate or Clear Quartz cluster. Avoid using salt water, as it may damage the metal hardware and certain types of stones.
