ORDER PROCESSING
All KITZ pieces are prepared with care. Because many items are handmade or made to order, please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipment. Processing time is separate from transit time.
SHIPPING ORIGIN
Orders are shipped from our studio in China.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY
International delivery typically takes approximately 7–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the destination, carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
SHIPPING FEES
Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout before payment is completed.
ORDER TRACKING
Tracking information will be emailed after your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking events to appear after the carrier receives the parcel.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
ADDRESS CHANGES
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you need to request a change, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, contact us with your order number and relevant photos or tracking details. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate solution.
